CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling • I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will incur a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost. 2. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Deposits • This deposit will be applied to your service and is forfeited if the cancellation policy is violated. 4. How to Cancel • To cancel or reschedule, please use the booking site or contact me directly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
